1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using any PrinFi Academy website, course, or service (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and enroll in a PrinFi Academy program. By enrolling, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

3. Accounts & enrollment

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Accounts are personal and may not be shared, sold, or transferred to another individual.
• You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Plans, payment & access

PrinFi Academy offers the 6-Month Access, Yearly Access, and Lifetime plans described on our pricing page. Payments are processed securely through Paystack. Access to course content is granted upon successful payment confirmation.

Refunds, where applicable, are governed by our separate Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to change plan pricing and features for future purchases. Changes will not retroactively affect an active plan you have already purchased.

5. Acceptable use

When using the Platform, you agree not to:

• Share, resell, record, redistribute, or publicly post course content without written permission.
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, other accounts, or our systems.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malicious code, or content that infringes on the rights of others.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other students, mentors, or staff within our community channels.

6. Intellectual property

All course materials, videos, templates, branding, and content on the Platform are the property of PrinFi Academy or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your enrollment grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access and use course materials for your own learning — it does not grant ownership or resale rights.

7. Certificates

Certificates are issued upon successful completion of a program's requirements. Certificates confirm course completion and are not a guarantee of employment, income, or third-party recognition. We reserve the right to revoke a certificate obtained through fraudulent means.

8. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform, without refund, if you violate these Terms of Use, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse course content. You may stop using the Platform at any time; this does not entitle you to a refund except as described in our Refund Policy.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Platform and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, income, or employment results from completing any course.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrinFi Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles.
